Booking Conditions
Deposit: We require 20% of the rental as a booking deposit and this is not refundable. On receipt of your deposit we will send you a confirmation advice. The balance of the rental must be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Failure to settle by the due date will entitle us to treat your booking as cancelled by you. You may also ask about paying the 80% balance in cash on your arrival at Casa Sofia.
Cancellation: If you cancel less than 8 weeks before your arrival date, the full amount of rental will be retained by us, unless we subsequently get another booking in your reserved period, in which case a refund will be made on an equitable basis.
Damage Deposit: With your final payment, or on arrival, we require a damage deposit of €350/£250 returnable at the end of the rental period on condition that the property is left in good and clean condition and anything lost or damaged during your stay has been paid for.
